Payment for services is required as outlined in individual project agreements. All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on project scope and requirements.
Payment processing is handled securely through third‑party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of those payment providers.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work created by Plastic Fern Studios shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Plastic Fern Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise specified.
5. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of game development. All client information and project details are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit permission, except as required by law.
6. Platform Compliance
When working on projects for third‑party platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, iOS, etc.), we comply with all platform‑specific requirements, guidelines, and privacy policies. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own platform developer accounts and agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Plastic Fern Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect only essential information necessary to provide our services, including contact information provided through inquiry forms. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
